last week at a middle school production by Mrs.Bunnin the sixth grade class had a good play there were a few things that went wrong but it turned out well. it ended up very goo many enjoyed i went behind sence and one boy sayed he messed up his lines but it seemed nobody noticed. Your sentence structure could use some help!
2. What message or theme do you think the author is trying to get across in “The School Play”. Write at least two sentences, one to list the theme and one to explain how what happened in the story shows this theme.
i think the message in the story is to not think to much of yourshelf before something happens it not just luck it is how hard you try.
like if your having a test the next day and you haven't studied but you've had a good day that doesn't mean you're going to get an A you have to work for something you want. I think I understood you thought the theme was that to do well, a person has to try hard. That is a possible theme, but you also had to show how the character in the story did this.
3. Use each of the following vocabulary words in a sentence that relates to the story.
a. depleted:I depleted all the water from the sink.
b. smirks: I gave my friend a mean smirk which insulted her.
c. quiver: I quivered cause i was so nervous to go on stage.
d. relentless: my mom had me let my friend play with my new toy and i was relentless.
